Our meat is packaged on butchers trays in portions for two people:

- 6 Sausages

- 500g Mince

- 2 Steaks

When purchasing a whole, half or quarter beast, the purchase price is based on the dressed or hanging weight of the animal.

The amount of take home meat will differ slightly from the dressed weight charged.
